need help spaming contact forms

I have a long list of websites or mortgage companies I want to get a message to, inputing the message into a contact form seems to be best way. Can anyone help me do this? Anyone have an idea of how to get message to them?

Don;t fill out the contact forms... Just get the destination of where the info is sent. Then spam the shit out of em

You can get the links of the contact forms, and then choose (or write) a program/script to do that.
