Need Help Sorting Lists Of URLs

Hey Guys,

I have few lists of URLs. I only want to keep the inner pages and remove the root domains. Its like 20% are root domains in the list and i want to get rid of them.

An example -

domain
domain/abc-link-analysis/
domain2
domain3/my-best-backlinks/

So i have a similar list and i only want to keep the inner pages and get rid of the root domains. Something like a regex in notepad++ to remove the url if it has less than xx chars should also help.
