Hello

I'm trying to come back to SEO after many years break :) I guess many things changed so I need some answers to avoids starter mistakes
I plan to run many blogs so if u can help:
1. HOSTING - What cloud services can You reffer, stable and not too expencive. Or dedicated WP hostings... or any tips
2. CDN - DCloudflare or imperva still works? I mean all websites at same server and put them behind cloudflare, will it work with crosslinking? Or using many webhostings is better?
3. Each website should have SSL now?
4. SOFTWARE - WordPress is the bet choice?
5. BACKLINKS - Any backlink checkers - other to ahrefs which are good enough but cheaper than ahrefs...
6. COMPETITORS - Any suggestions for a service to work with keywords, checking their possible google traffic or competition difficulties etc.
7. EXPIRED DOMAINS - rebuild oryginal content is mandatory, or keeping Niche is enough?

8. Any other tips are welcome

Thanks in advance

CF does work, not guaranteed, it could get your website or/and the whole network penalized,
so simply don't risk it, not for anything other than chrun & burn projects,

you need unique class a/b/c IPs per PBN website, the best way to get that is using different hosting provider per website,
the cheap ones are good to go as long as there are no critical tech problems (downtime, crashes, slow, etc...), including shared hosting,

3. Each website should have SSL now?
not necessarely, but preferrably, just add 301 and you're good to go

4. SOFTWARE - WordPress is the bet choice?
wordpress makes the work much easier,
make sure to use different themes/plugins and eliminate any other footprints

5. BACKLINKS - Any backlink checkers - other to ahrefs which are good enough but cheaper than ahrefs...
i find ahrefs is actually the best in showing the top links for the domain,
semrush will show random links as authority ones despite being total trash, it will show most of the links tho,
you can get semrush trial accs or group buys for a few dollars a month, so surely one of the cheapest choices

6. COMPETITORS - Any suggestions for a service to work with keywords, checking their possible google traffic or competition difficulties etc.
semrush once again & cheapest you can get/use

7. EXPIRED DOMAINS - rebuild oryginal content is mandatory, or keeping Niche is enough?
stick to the main niche/topics/keywords,
rebuilding the website can be easier/cheaper in most cases, even getting you better results, but not necessary,
everything depends on the old content/layout, etc... if you can easily make it better, then rebuilt your own version

Do you have a previous site with contnt thats backed up and domains? or are you domains expired...
