Need help solving negative paypal balance on a limited account.

Hello blackhatworld. I'm struggling with this issue for a while and still can't solve it. I have got a COMPLETELY FAKE PayPal account, with faked adress proof and faked ID proof, this account is permantely limited and it has -50 euro in it. I managed to add a real credit card to this account and I have got money in that card, but the problem is that I can't add money from the credit card to my paypal account, since the account is limited and PayPal blocked the abillity to add money from the credit card to the account. I've tried to mail them by asking to charge my credit card with the negative balance amount, but they just replied with the collections department phone number, should I ring them?
My main goal is just to cover the negative balance, I don't need whole account. Maybe you guys have any experience with this kind of problem?
