[NEED HELP] Simple HTML form in WordPress

Hello BHers, I am struggling with a simple html form integration in wordpress.

So basically, there is this site

Code: 
 www.bostonautotransport.us

which I converted to wordpress >>
Code: 
 www.bostonautotransport.us/wpsite

But I am unable to get the html form working there. Could someone help me with this please? Struggling with this for hours now. I don't know what's going wrong.

Install gravity forms plugin for wordpress. You can customize every single aspects of your form.
 
Did you try getting the HTML code of the form and putting it in the editor's HTML code area?

Yes. I did the same but it didn't work properly. What we are seeing now is the output of copy paste HTML code in WP Editor's HTML area

I found a similar form plugin. But I just want the HTML form in the original site on the WP site
 
Sometimes I find that I need to copy my html and take it over to a HTML to XHTML Converter (Google it) convert it and copy and paste the code to your html area and then it works. Try it, hope it helps

It didn't work pal. I am so obsessed with this.. Been working for hours :(
 
Could you explain what exactly is your problem with the form?

Received your PM, can't answer back, don't have 15 posts. But it seems there is a conflict with CSS styles. Looking at your problem right now, will let you know when I find out something.
