Need Help Shopify

Hello everyone, I need help with shopify free+shipping method.
Is there a way to limit purchases per customer, let's say I have limited offer of X product and I want max 3 items per customer.

First, to prevent people buying like 10 F+S offers, you should assign a certain weight to every product. Then, you can use different shipping rates for each total weight. So if the total product weight at checkout is 1kg you charge 6.95, if its 2kg you charge 10.95 and so on.

Second, to completely limit the order size to a certain number, use the plugin MinMaxify: https://apps.shopify.com/order-limits-minmaxify
