Need help setting up BHCB

Anyone experienced setting up BHCB care to give a few pointers? I'm just setting it up for the first time and am getting confused.

this is all I'm trying to do:

Lock content I have on my wordpress site.

Simple as that...this would probably take any of you experienced guys all of 2 minutes to help get working.
