Need Help Setting up Autoblog & websites

Hello everybody.

I'm willing to pay $15 (I know its not much in the US thats way i outsource...) to set up a wordpress autoblog using an RSS feed that I will provide. in addition i need help setting up another WP and a contentwebsite ill pay 15$ for each WP and more for the site ....it must be Seo sensitive and keyword satarated ....
