Need help setting up a mail server.

Hey guys!
I need someone with a PROVEN track record who can help me set up a server to send a good number of mails per day.
The number is still not defined, it's not going to be huge.
I'll probably end up having to send about 250.000 mails, and only once.
Maybe it's best to hire a service like serversmtp for that? I don't know! I need help defining just that, how to craft the message, monitor openinig / click rates, etc.

So, what I need is someone to mentor me for a bit in this game, I used to be in it, but it's been AGES.

Why not hire someone to do this for you since it is only "once". Seems like your time may be better spent else where, just sayin'.
