I just give them away to someone that needs help. I am not saying you need to do this, but I have done this in the past with mixed results. Otherwise, you can list it on Flippa and just state, "the content has x amount of posts, or it's made this amount of money in the last X months," and just take any lowball offer.
For myself, I try not to deal with domains that will not bring me any type of serious money. I have some review sites I am working on and don't ask me why I am keeping them [I am a tortured soul on some projects], but to each their own.

OP, how have you determined the worth of these sites? Most starter sites that don't have a lot of traffic can be sold for some percentage of their content's worth. Do your sites have decent content? Have they been approved for any traffic network (adsense et al)?
Based on these, you can list them at - https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/domains-websites-for-sale.195/ or on Flippa as @Mrnewbie suggested and you should get some prospective buyers.
You can also build them up and then consider a sale. Or you can give them away, again as @Mrnewbie suggested.

Suppose there is no revenue or traffic then try Flippa. it's the best place to sell a ready-made business.
