exactly i need someone to do all that for me, and then transfer the sites to sellers...ive never sold a website before..willing to give comission.

nothing so far, but one has like 2500 hundred hits since beginning of september....and the other one i just got, so mabye 300 hits...

i pmed him but he hasnt gotten back to me...upon further review of his jv thread, he states that i must be doing 1k in sales/earnngs in order for him to deal with me or something of the sort.......if i was doing 1k in profit..i wouldnt be selling them

If these are ranked good for few keywords, then try making money from it. If it isn't, thne rank it. Without earnings, it's difficult for you to sell it.

Have you tried monetizing them? If they aren't earning any money as yet, then you won't make much unless the domain has some value or pagerank, age etc. I am stating this because flippa listing fees are $20 and then there are other fees on flippa as well. They deduct some amount from the final sale value as well. To get featured, I guess, there is an additional $20 charge. Apart from these charges, you will give your partner some comission. I feel that you will be left with a very small amount. For websites that aren't earning much, I would suggest that you list it on dp itself and save on these fees/commission and at least make some money from the sale.
