Need help selling my adult website.

I need help selling an adult website. The design and code is 100% custom, so that should help. It does pretty well, with some days getting over 5,000 uniques. I haven't monetized it, and I really don't plan on it. I'm sure someone could do a better job of it anyway, which is why I just want to sell the site. Since it's an adult site, I can't post it on Flippa either.

Comes with code and the domain name.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but 5K uniques isn't a lot for an adult site, and it's not pretty design that determines the price.

Ah, so you can't do it! Then why, as a buyer, should I try AND pay you for the privilege?

If they have those skills why wouldn't they buy a $5 domain and a $50 template - and maybe pay $100 in SEO - instead of giving you a four figure sum?

I can see this is a bit harsh, but I'm a bit fed up with people having ridiculously high expectations for what are, after all, their failed projects.
