Im new to this site but I have some knowledge on running ads on instagram. But is there anyone that can help me or guide to run a successful instagram page to run ads? or give me tips to drive traffic on there.

Define “successful Instagram account”, if you’re planning to sell products / affiliate products then ads is a legit way of getting there. You can run ads on new accounts as well. You don’t need any special account setup...

If you have items for sell - it's different strategy , same as you promote like a regular blogger.
