Need help running a spam campaign

Hello guys, I'm completely new to this stuff but I need to run a spam campaign to get traffic to my Google Document.

Previously I was simply sharing my Doc on forums and the traffic was not that good, so I thought if there is a way to send e-mails to a lot of people (lets say I got list of 100k e-mail adresses) or hire some legit company that does the ads/work for me.

I really don't know where to start so if anyone could give me some tips I'd appreciate it a lot.

So my question is, how do I send an e-mail to that many adresses without it being blocked by GMAIL and other mail providers as spam?

Is there any website that I can register on / pay them in BTC and send that many e-mails for me?

I read some posts and people mentioned "SendGrid", but do they accept BTC and could send that many e-mails for me without them being moved to SPAM?

The e-mail can be basically empty, it should only contain the link to my Google Docs (basically all I need is a lot of traffic to my Google Document, nothing else).

Any real help will be rewarded with some BTC tips! Thank u in advance guys!

You'll struggle dude, there is lots of logistics in this, and its been made even harder with the singautre update to emails at the dns level now, you seem to want the world. and the hardest possible world too, and you want it cheap and easy?

Spamming is different from marketing. Try thinking about that instead.

i have plan is work with idea but me from and my price higher and not me first i talk about 5k but u will send more than 10milion not 100k

There is no straight forward method to achieve what you want, so there will be tens of ways to achieve it with multiple combinations. I think it's far better to promote the document through forums & parasites than email marketing. There are heavy restrictions on cold mailing, so there is no guarantee that it won't end up in spam even after spending a lot and taking a ton of precautions. However, if you wish to continue with email marketing for personal or professional reasons, then you can either send a few mails per day per account using several gmail accounts, or send bulk emails using professional software, or hire someone to provide service. You should make a lot of choices to find the right strategy depending on your use case.
