Need help resizing ad to 320x50px

This could be really noob question but I am struggling for months on this topic. How to resize hooligan media ad (which appears like box) to 320x50px for mobile. And yes I have already checked their faq section and emailed them, I guess it's too much of a noob question so didn't get much help. I think I need some sort of tutorial on this.

Just use Paint! You can crop it or use the 'Resize' button.

You have this ad as gif/png ? You can do it easy by Photoshop.
If you serve this ad on your site as frame from hooligan media (some code), you can't do that without their side.

There are tons of free services like pixlr where you can change an image size.

Then you host that image on your site or on a site like imgur.
Then use the ad link on it.

i have this ad as code. i dunno how to resize it.

See if you can read the code and adjust the sizes in there

yes, I tried that but didn't work maybe I did something wrong.
