Need help removing a negative article

Hello Blackhatters,

I have a client with a competitor that lists seo links to blast competition. The articles always cast negative light and are legal. This gig in particular only needs one link removed from the first page. I'll go into more depth over skype or through a pm. If you have experience with burring links below the first page, please send me a pm. This isn't a overly lucrative gig, but it can be an ongoing gig for all of my clients with this request.
