Need help remembering site name

This technically wasn't an "affiliate" site, but rather a "survey" site that I believe started with an "e". They pay you $5 to sign up, various amounts for doing surveys, signing up to sites, registering software, etc., and $1 plus a % for each referal and pay out with paypal after $25 if you request a payment. I can't think of the name of the site for the life of me, and realized I have over $25 in there and wanted to request a payout by tomorrow (20th of each month is their deadline).

I thought it was something like e***cash.com or something. If anyone has any idea, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
