Need Help Registering Oracle Cloud Free Tier — Verification Issues

Hi guys,

I'm currently trying to sign up for Oracle Cloud Free Tier to use their always-free VPS instances, but I'm having trouble with the verification part — especially with the credit card validation.

I was wondering if anyone here has successfully registered an account recently?
If you have any tips on what cards work, or any tricks to get through the verification smoothly, I’d appreciate your advice.

Use a physical Visa or Mastercard credit card from a major bank with matching billing info for best success.

I have the same problem with my virtual prepaid card...

is there a free trial vps option anywhere with prepaid cards?
