I need help regarding website designing to set up a blog type website for my product. Can anyone please advise or suggest me good sources to learn.

Wordpress makes it easy. Its one of the most used CMS's for very good reason.

As for learning how to use it, just google "how to use wordpress"

For Wordpress, one should first learn HTML and CSS and w3schools is one of best learning sites.
