Need help regarding Paypal stealth and not getting caught?

Hi!
I have a real confirmed paypal on one windows account, well can I access stealth on the same windows account?

Do I need to create a new windows account for each new stealth paypal account?

Or is that with eBay, anyone with experience, please help!

What do I need to know with never getting caught out in PayPal?

Yes, to be safe, you should always create separate accounts. You could just clear your cookies every time you login, but then PayPal might get suspicious because you're clearing your cookies each time. No reason not to just create a new account, better safe than sorry.

use a unique static IP for new paypal also clear your cookies before logging your paypal
i am using two paypal accounts with different IPs and both are working well

Yes, you have to use different MS accounts and also use different IP's

The top four ways accounts can become linked is by:

1. Your IP Address (logging into multiple accounts with the same IP)

Take Notes on your IP logs. Write them down and use different IPs.

Use different Ips by mac filtering your router/modem. You can also try vpn's, vps's, and proxies.

2. Browser and Flash cookies (eBay and PayPal drop cookies on your computer every time you login
and if you login to multiple eBay or PayPal accounts without using a different user account.)

To avoid a browser or cookie trail is simple. Just make a new user account on your computer.

Also when you make your email address on the account use gmail. Go to settings in gmail and check 'ask before displaying external content'. You want to do this because ebay uses tracking when they email you recording your IP, browser trail, and cookie trail.

3. Personal Account Details (your address, phone number, bank account number, credit cards,
email address, etc. can all link you).

When making the new account make sure everything is different from any account you have ever had.

4. Same account activity.

On each account, EVERYTHING needs to be different. Have totally different EVERYTHING: titles, descriptions, shipping
types/amounts, pictures, listing duration, categories etc.
