    Hi,

Actually i did SEO for my site and i got god results and it ranked for different keywords. The problem is main keyword last week it is in 4 page results but all of sudden it disappears from google. But it is ranking in local search but not in global search.

I didn't change anything in my site but i built some backlinks recently for same keyword by using blog commenting, article submission, social bookmarks.

Due to some reasons i am unable to give site details. Will i get back my results again. Kindly suggest me..Thanks in advance...

Could just be the normal fluctuation and it will come back.

Or it could of been you built too many links to quick which caused the drop.

Either way it should bounce back but depending on the reason will depend on how long it will take.

more then likely it was the freshness of the site and content that got you ranking right away and then, in typical fashion, google drops you down some spots as you are no longer the most relevant result, because there are probably more pages out there with more authority then yours.
You were just the "flavor of the week" so to speak, to google.

All you have to do now is focus on always having fresh relevant content on your site and continue to get inbound links and you will notice your rankings improve.
