hi guys can anyone help me? i have a few questions about high anonymous or elite proxies...

    1. are they really fully secure in the sense that the authorities will not be able to track the user (if he is doing something not exactly legal)?
    2. i found a few free elite proxies but cant create yahoo accounts with them. an error always appears when i try to create an account. but i remember some time ago i was still able to create yahoo accounts using elite proxies.
    3. where to find or buy fast elite proxies that will allow creation of yahoo accounts? is it advisable to buy an elite proxy but how secure is it? (i was thinking it's not secure because they are keeping logs of the original IPs and its dangerous because the authorities can get their hands on them)
    4. in the end, are there really no secure proxies?

If it is located in your country or a country that has extradition treaties with your country, any company is going to roll over the moment a subpoena hits them.

The only way to be sure is to get one from North Korea, but, if you can't find one there (Likely given the state of the internet there), you will need to find another place that has a bad relationship with your country, or enough civil unrest that your activities are literally the least of their concerns, and will be for the foreseeable future (Somalia, for example).

As for the Yahoo accounts, you will need to find a proxy that hasn't already been banned from Yahoo because of abuse (I assume that's your problem at any rate). That will likely (but not necessarily) go away when you pay for one.
