Need help regarding adwords accounts payment

Howdy Hats ! I'm really new to Adwords accounts . Does anyone sell old adwords accounts ? It doesnt matter if they are old or new but I prefer old ones . I have a question regarding adding balance to adword accounts as well . Can I get a visa card and Connect it to adwords account ? Are payments possible via Visa card ? I will be thankful if you guys can help me with that .

the old account may have a considerable superiority over a new one.
The age of your account can affect things such as ad approval times and not getting hit quite so quick with the ban hammer.
