What I did so far to get rid of this issue

Delete all the themes & plugins
Export all the posts took backups
Deleted my instance, created new, installed wp fresh & import my posts again.
Still I have the same issue.
Right now my site got generatepress free version & almost no plugins got only coule of them all are free version no nulled or anything

How I get rid this problem?

Is this happening from any location or just your computer?

I had something similar in the past and it was done locally by a cookie.

checked from other computer too
same issue

I am a bit aware of this issue happening to Nahid as well. I had previously set the server up for him. Even did a new install for him recently and he imported the old site. I unfortunately do not have the time right now to look into this in more detail. Could have to do with something injected in the db (and encoded obviously.. otherwise a db search would have revealed it), or perhaps the theme itself could be infected (again, there's nothing obvious).

I like Nahid, and I request someone who has the knowledge and some free time to help him out please. :)

you really helped a lot with the whole process
maybe someone give me some tips

Maybe your browser cache. I see everything is fine from my end even your tag is same

Yes, looks like 3rd party foul play.

I would try installing a fresh, clean WP install with brand new separate database in a sub-folder . If the problem persists, it's not WP nor database.

you don't know my site
the tag you are seeing it's not mine

Anymore insight from anyone?

it's really hard to know without getting access to the website,
but a few things that I would test,
  • try from a different computer/IP with a totally different browser (without the same cookies & extensions), some chrome extensions do that in fact, if no problem at this part, then it's your computer/browser fault
  • check the database using PHPMyAdmin, content with any hidden/injected code
  • delete website directory completely & install a fresh new one, an infected plugin could inject some code elsewhere, so even after deleting it, the problem may persist
with these 3 you should cover most of the reasons, but again, no one can easily find out without having a closer look

I'm going for another fresh installation
I will only backup the articles manually
no themes or plugins no old db nothing only articles
Will do fresh WP & then post articles again
Hope this will fix my pain
