need help redirect 301

I need help

I looking for an expired domain, after checking in the best by links section it turns out that many links point to sub directories for example: http://www.expireddomain.com/blog/

and I want to redirect 301 all links to homepage for example : http://www.expireddomain.com/

How to do it?

I don't think that the HTTP part matters, but I'm not sure.

You can redirect however you want (.htaccess, cpanel or with a plugin if you use WP), the result will be the same

As far as i understand you definitely need to your site from HTTP to HTTPS. As for the subdirectory it is just a part of your site and its links also strengthen your domain. it is the opposite situation with subdomains.
