Need help really badly.. Fucked up CentOS Plesk VPS.

I didn't know where else to post this.. I accidentally removed a lot of packages from my server related to plesk and other things. I have a large forum and it works fine but I can't access plesk control panel. I paid a guy on fiverr 70$ to fix it and he got my forum to work again but he couldn't fix it fully and I still cannot access plesk.. I don't really want to deal with any guys on fiver with terrible english again and I'm already out 70$..

Any experts on here who could help a brother in need?
