need help quickly!!!!

hey guys. well heres my problem. i sold a gift card on ebay. the buyer asked if i could send the code in an email instead of mailing it to them. as alot of other sellers offer this i stupidly thought... yea ok. so, i sent the email yesterday and today i have a dispute on paypal. the buyer wants the money back. they have obviously used the code!! paypal want me to give provide:
1) Tracking Number of Delivery
2) Delivery Company Used.

What can i do? i dont have this information due to me sending an email.
can anyone fake this information?

If the delivery date is still not expired, why dont you send him now by courier. You will have proof of shipment which you can use.

I had this kind of dispute earlier and I never faced any issue. Ebay always gave favor to me (i dont know if they dont want to disappoint buyer)

easy, just mail the gift card to him on a registered service that has to be signed for, show paypal the registered details, case closed
