[NEED HELP QUICKLY] Unable to install new theme in WOrdpress 3.2.1

Hi everyone.I need your help.I am trying to change my theme but whenever I upload and try to activate the theme ,I get following error.

I thought the problem is with the theme but I have tried 4 to 5 themes and still getting same error.

I am using Wordpress 3.2.1 and tried to reinstall it but with no luck.I have couple of sites on same host but facing problem in only this site.

Please help me if you have any idea about it.

Visited the thread but there is still no solution to the problem there.

You could hire a wordpress worker too look at it,

The theme probably isnt compatible with that version of wordpress...

If you want i can provide you with a guy i use, hes good and he will do it for cheap.

Problem solved

What was the Problem? I would of suggested deleteing everything in the folder the cgi folder everything then install using a fresh database

Did the same.Reinstalled everything and now its working fine.
