need help promoting stocks (legit)

I am looking for some advice on how to promote legit stocks, not pump and dump scams these are legit companies, I know that years ago and even still today promoting was done mainly through email. But I think that way is old school now, so I am asking if anyone has any ideas, all I can think of is creating a bunch of blogs ... any help advice I would appreciate and if any one is interested in helping me, even a JV because these companies are willing to pay large amounts of money to anyone who can help promote their stock.

Advertise on BHW
Contact some financial blogs and ask to purchase a review post or links. Emails to avid traders and investors would be effective, especially if you could get it coming from an .edu email address to look more legit.
 
I would contact some people with lots of followers on Twitter and workout a pay per tweet system. 50 cent made 10 million dollars in 2 days from promoting a new ipo on Twitter in which he owned 30 million shares in. It rose over 30 cents a share.
