Need help promoting retail storefront

I am looking for an individual or a company that can help me get in the social media market. I want to promote my retail stores in my region, the way i want to accomplish that is by the following:

facebook: create accounts and keep relevant information concerning my business
youtube: create videos of my product and posting them on forums,facebook, twitter, local websites
craigslist: post on craigslist
forums: posting my links in different forums

and any thing else relevant to the above. Pay will be determined my experience
