Need help promoting content on YouTube

I have a niche blog with affiliate links that I would like to promote on youtube, but I don't know much about creating videos. I just want my videos to show screen shots of my website and other related material. That's all I want to do and it sounds simple enough but I don't know what the best way to do this is. Is there a certain program I could use?
