Need help,probably coder!!!!

I have 2 .dll that are flagged as hacking tools,need help if someone is able to have a look at them and confirm if they are dangerous,as i really have need of them.Anyone with that knowledge?Thanks in advance!

Some Dynamic-link library (.dll) files can be a virus. Most viruses these days are executable files (.exe). Hacking tools doesn't mean viruses that will harm your files! It means this file is a hacking tool!!
