Need Help, Pointing Domain to Los Pollos

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

At the moment I am using 301 forwarding from my domain to los pollos smartlink.
I am trying to figure out these instructions on the los pollos FAQ. (Attached Screenshot)
I have looked all over the internet and asked my AM but I just dont understand clearly the instructions.
Can anybody tell me what a need to change/delete/add to the go daddy DNS records? (Screenshot Attached)

What's the point ? I don't understand. isn't 301 enough to redirect the traffic ?

Yes 301 works but its taking 5 seconds sometimes to load.
I just want to try the instructions los pollos are advising if anyone can help me?

just use redirect or 301 from domain provider it faster

that the max speed it will go

you website with landing page needs to be very fast usally wp with good plugins and cdn set .

that it good luck

I dont have a website I am forwarding to a los pollos smartlink. I am wondering why Los Pollos are giving these A record and CNAME instructions?
