Am want ASK for sale on thread SEO link building etc ..

am already upgrade me account for jr.vip

But i am confused when i want to create a thread on SEO link building i found posts like below :

It means you need to wait till the points expire then submit a BST. It does however now mean as a Jr VIP, you are able to reply to WTB/HAF and sell.

Wtb/haf means "want to buy"/"hire a freelancer" sub forum. If anyone posts a job there, you can take that job as a jr vip member. No bst needed for that.

I understand .. but it looks like I've lost time while waiting for my violation to be repealed the previous time .., it seems unfair when a member has paid for an account upgrade ...

Account upgrade has nothing to do with following the terms and conditions. T&c is a must for everyone. Trust me, I have received more than one infractions in my bhw life.

Don't worry,it should expire after some days. Try after that.

As mentioned above - Payment for membership doesn't mean you can break the rules.

Rule 2 of marketplace rules and how to post clearly states

1. You must be free from bans and infractions (subject to moderator approval).

I'd recommend using the couple of weeks until your infraction expires to create threads around the topic you want to sell your services under. PLEASE NOTE these threads should not be promotional in nature but position you as a knowledgable person in the field showing a willingness to share information. That way when your infraction expires and your marketplace thread is approved you'll have a following to showcase your sales thread to via your signature space.

PLEASE NOTE (I think I've stressed that enough) - don't make the threads promotional in nature.
