Need Help. Phone System/service which can do following?

Hello guys, I need phone system/service which can do this:
1. auto accept call
2. Play my recorded message.
3. Hang up the phone

anyone can recommend any

What you need is an auto attendant / virtual receptionist. Depending on your needs.

Will you use it on an existing number / pstn line?
Will you buy a virtual number? The country of the virtual number.

I'm not 100% sure I think you can even use skype for this. For service try looking at grasshopper
