Need Help Outsourcing

Hey all,

I never thought I would have this problem! I'm currently reciecing so many orders on fiverr that I need to outsource the work. It's all stuff that takes only a few minutes to do.

I need to be able to give whoever I hire access to some of the software I use. I need them to either work by the hour or take a flat fee but I also need them to be productive. They also need to be at least somewhat fluent in English and know just a tad bit of HTML.

Where do I find someone like this? Who will be happy to make like $5-20 a day doing a couple hours worth of work? If you know please tell me.

You can find the person by hiring on craigs list or hire someone in the philippines maybe for $2 per hour. Use Time Doctor to manage the person, it's easy.

Where do you find people in the Philippines? I've checked out a few sources for people from India but they all want a months pay up front to hire a virtual assistant, I find that somewhat ridiculous. Makes me feel like I would be hiring someone that I'm basically just stuck with.
