Need help or someone to run my FB Ads

I have a "Money Making" video that I promote using Facebook Ads. I don't even put a link in the ad, just the video. A few weeks ago all worked fine: I created a fake account, added a virtual credit card and then the ad ran for 14 days before it got banned. Then I repeated these steps.
But for the last 3 weeks I just can't promote the video, the Ad Acc or even the complete FB Acc gets banned when I try to promote it.
I tried: A friends FB Acc, Self created FB Ads, Bought FB Ads using Massplanner, New Video, Business Manager, Always new IP / CC...
I need someone to help me or run the Ad, I would even give him 5$ a day to run this ad. Its nothing illegal just some money making video.

Come up with a realistic amount and maybe someone will really help you!
