Need help optimizing WordPress images

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for someone who can optimize the pictures on my WordPress site to speed it up. Also if you’re good at WordPress, do any other optimization I may need to speed up my site. My current load time is 32 seconds and I really want to get that down.

Oh the pictures may have to be optimized manually. I have downloaded many plugins to do it but it does not optimize these pictures.
