Need Help Optimizing my Adsense Site

I have an adsense website that I created for daily deals, giveaways, freebies etc. I loosely copied it from another website. Here is what I need help with:

1. Adsense ad type placement assistance to match look and feel of the site I took my idea from. The source site has done a very good job with blending their ads. My color them is different, so I will need my ads match my theme. I have an adsense account already.
2. Much of my site/offers will be built around affiliate offers. I would like to semi automate a process that will take a chosen offer(rss feed or whatever), enter the offer into a post template that you create(will have adsense ad on it), post it, and then post it to my facebook page with a link shortner.

I will provide my site details as well as the source site details to help you see what they are doing so we can duplicate some of it.
