Need help on wordpress plugin on video thumbnail

HI...

we are runing site on ffmpeg enabled host

site is on wordpress..

we need to generate auto thumbnail using some plugin..

plugins are installed as well as ffmpeg..

But still dont know the reason..

any help is paid..
