Need Help on Wordpress Data moving from 1freehosting to any paid hosting

Hi All,

I need your help, I hosted one of my website on 1freehosting site but their server was down after one week of live, till their server is not up, I have WP_security backup file on my mail box.

Could anyone guide me how to restore this on my new server without breaking the links? do any one has experienced this?

NOTE: I don't want to move any of the files from this waste hosting, don't no what virus they have. No Images here to migrate. please guide me.

You will need SQL or XML database too, to move from one host to another.

Yes from php myadmin I exported the SQL for entire db, whats next?

If you haven't succeed yet, next is to install wordpress on your new webhost and import that database into new host's database thru phpmyadmin.
