Need Help on Website Analysis

Dear BHW members,

I found two blog websites. They just scraped the google search results and used them as blog content. Ranked well. Decent traffic. Ad approved as well.

Is this ethical?

All the blogs follow the same structure.

Do you have any idea what plugin/software/tools these websites use to scrape google results to make a blog?

I don't know what tool they're using for scraping the content, but the 2nd website is promoting the Wealthy Affiliate program, a program that I've been a member of 8-9 years ago and I remember WA having a lot of things in that membership, so it's possible that the guy with the 2nd website is a member of WA (since he's promoting that program) and he might be using the WA's scraper (if they have one, I don't remember...)
