Need help on the best way to get my Conversion Rate DOWN...

hi guys.. im a noob that needs help on a method getting my conversion rate (epc) down... basically how i promote my affiliate link is just using a redirect php script... but i need to make the conversion rate natural... so whats the best way to do this, while making it still look like all the "clicks" have the same referrer?

i looked into opening the redirect link in an invisible iframe, but this seems to show the referrer as the website i have the iframe on... if i put the redirect url in img src tags, its not going to register through to the affiliate link...

so i was thinking, automatic pop ups that close after 3 or so seconds (to give it time to redirect) best way to go? will this method show the "referrer" to the affiliate manager same as it would if i just posted the redirect link on myspace?

oh, and i probably should add, i am looking to generate "fake" hits from 1 specific city... so i dont know if things like i-faker and clickmaster can help me? (unless of course i only use proxies from the 1 city???)... im new to this can you tell... lol

buy some traffic and send them through same path seems like solution.

The one city thing is tough, especially if you're doing any volume at all. Basically you need to very specifically target something like CL and do WHATEVER it takes to get people to cllick on a link. Off the top of my head maybe run an add for a moving sale "Just got transferred to Saudi Arabia. Please help me by taking some of this stuff off my hands. I'd post pictures but there's just too many of them. Please send me an email for a link to a site I've built. A couple of examples: selling my 54" plasma for $75, my 2004 Honda 4-wheeler for $500 o.b.o. My small fishing boat for $650 (cash only). Please help me out here. I've only got ONE day to get rid of all this stuff. Will consider selling everything if the price is right."

Only problem is, you'll get flagged damned fast if you don't actually put up some pictures or something for people to look at and you can only do this a few times till you have to think up something else.

you can supplement by hiring somebody with an air card to click, disconnect, click, disconnect, etc but it'll be a bit hard to find them.

You can also just use dial up ISP and keep disconnecting and reconnecting and clicking through.

In any case, automation will be tough. Good luck with it.

either modify the script to randomize redirects or purchase traffice to throw at a banner page
