Need help on promoting and marketing!!!!

Hi BHW i don't know if this is the right place but ineed your help on this one.
I provide marketing solutions and i have a new client.
This client wants to sell brand name jewelry online(Cartier, Bulgari etc). So as you can imagine the targeted market isn't the average person.
The client doesn't have an online store and also doesn't want to sell via Ebay.
The client wants to attract international buyers, the selling price is 50% off the catalogue price which is good for marketing prospective.
What marketing method should bring more potential buyers? Can someone suggest me the best ways to promote this kind of products?

I thought that since there is no website. I could by an aged facebook account to showcase them.
Or an instagram account instead uploading pics or videos of showing how to wear them etc.
Are there any options?
