Need Help on my first step

I have finally decided to take action instead of slacking around and lurking around BHW without doing anything. I know right after such a long time. Well I'm from Malaysia, I would like to start a website about sports betting. I can provide sports tips and all for a price. But first, I would like to know how to get started, how can I increase my traffic into the site. Where do you recommend me to find coders to code my site or even better a ready man template.

Does Paypal accept money from these sports tips website ?

Edit : I have finally understand all the things I need, but I have saw that many of the things requires Paypal. Is there any way for my to transfer my moneybookers money to paypal ? Its just a small amount

Well you dont really need coders for the site i recomend making a wordpress site wordpress is very easy to use
If you are going to monetzie with adsense no adsense only pays to by check or bank
Add good quality content
