Need help on how to dropship

I have one question instead of drop ship. I have fake iphone selling in Singapore I will buy here and do drop ship by myself. I have asked the local postal service provider they do shipment up to US once it has reached there US government will do the rest. They are not responsible if it not reach the buyer home directly. It may hold by the US custom also it would the buyer responsibility to collect the pack from customs they said. Is it true means then the buyer may ask the refund on not getting the product. But from my side I have already delivered the product in this case what paypal will do they refund the money to buyer. Pls help me on this

In case the buyer request a refund and start dispute on you... you will have to prove the shipping tracking number..

I can provide the shipping tracking number. But the product has not reached to him. In this case he can do refund from paypal

Can you prove to paypal that the item actually reach to the buyer?

dwpg002, i hope you havent sent the product already, has the transaction shown up on your paypal account history?

If not check the email make sure it has been signed by paypal, most of these type of sales are scams.

Make SURE that the money has shown up on your account if not tell the buyer to go to hell.
