There are tons of web hosts claiming they are the best but there is only a few that are true ones. Think hostwinds will suit all your demands.
It will be a good idea to contact their rep and see what you'll get exactly. Their uptime is cool, speed is quite fast.

you have to buy a dedicated server with cPanel + litespeed, normal shared hosting is not able to handle 1500 users at a time.
also it would be good if you can provide us some more details about your website i,e are you using Wordpress or some other platform, is it streaming traffic / website or simple blog or something.

1500 users simultaneous is possible on a VPS if it is well optimized. Seen it several times before. So it is best if you share your website with the hosting provider before you purchase, and they can tell you what you need.

I would recommend a high end VPS or An intro dedicated sever. Check out hosting with @Anonymously I think what he offers might be just what you are looking for

Well, everything depends on budget, but at least solid VPS is a must for such number of visitors.
