I have created a application about online ticket booking for travels and i am going to upload it on Google play...Is there any way to get high ratting shortly for my application? is any body providing it???

you could try to get more downloads and reviews!

than would help you rank better....first you can try for it by asking friends to do it for you ... later then you can hire someone/ or pay people for downloads and reviews.

Yes.
There are few service providers that can rank your video on playstore or appstore.
I guess Basstracker is the most trusted and reputed member with can rank it in google playstore check out his thread in marketplace.

I already asked my friends to download and review my app after i uploaded..Is there any services available to hire for get ratting?
I have searched around the social media thread in BHW and i can not able find... can any one suggest me a thread??or if you know any services plz let me know....

Use some cpa , ppc , buy niche related posts on top sites and you will get many users soon if you do it correctly and have money to do so.

it is a good idea....i am having the app related to travels booking so i can post ads on travel related sites....to post ad am i want to get any approval from google or website owner is enough to get approvel for ppc???(ppc)

I have seen some offers on Odesk where contractors ask to test or download their apps. You can try there. I am sure there would be a lot of freelancers without reputation who would agree to do that for a very very small amount of money - just for a positive review.
