Many Facebook accounts (real or cloned) post pictures of pretty girls with attractive captions to attract likes, comments and links to make money, without advertising. They often share posts in groups, choose the best time to post, and use tools or secondary accounts to seed to increase interactions. You can follow this direction to build a fanpage, attract traffic or develop your personal brand.

I'd say consistency is key and work your way up with slow but steady progress, but that's a more Youtube approach to doing things.
What does apply is that organic reach is the favourable route to take for FB annd still very much doable too, especially with fresh pages that look real enough and follow platform-native behaviour.
Those new girl pages posting attention grabbing pics with links and pretty captions, that’s a common funnel setup for lead gen, OF promo, or cloaked CPA. Doesn't usually work without the right setup, but when it does it earns its dividends.

HOW TO INCREASE FACEBOOK REACH FOR FREE (no ads)
1. Use a personal profile (profile) or “sub-profile” of a pretty girl
Create a profile with a female name, real avatar (can be AI or stock photo)

Profile photo: clear portrait, moderately covered outfit

Cover photo: luxurious, personality, not too sexy

Turn on follow mode, do not set to private

Create from a Facebook sub-profile (Meta allows you to create 4 sub-profiles) if you do not want to use the main account.

I find that humorous posts tend to get more engagement. Or you could try running ads to get more engagement.

But that page can be so successful partly because the images or videos are invested in terms of images, light and angle, usually images of beautiful girls and have visual appeal, but also depending on each file of those pages must target people who like that.

If you want to get free interaction, you need to focus on content images and attractive topics to be able to create interaction with viewers as well as you should follow the trends of what people are interested in to be able to easily reach many people.

It’s possible to get good organic reach on Facebook, but it requires consistency and the right content strategy. Most of those “fresh pages” use viral short-form videos, trending audio, and interact heavily in niche communities or groups. They also boost early engagement using like-exchange networks or personal profiles.
