Need help on directory submission

hi,

can someone tell me a good tool to automate submission? I have a list with own sites so I don't need built-in directories. I'm checking directoryBot in a few minutes but just wanted to hear the voice of the professional linkbuilders here

Another thing is: I have many rewritten articles but couldn't test uniqueness of all of them. So is it safe to just try to submit and wait what the sites mean or will they ban your account after a few tries?
